How it works

  1. 1

    Say where and how long

Start, finish, dates, and how far you're happy to drive in a day. Five short steps, no account needed.

  2. 2

    We build the days

Real places, sensible drives and an overnight that makes sense — paced so no day turns into a slog.

  3. 3

    Change anything in a tap

Don't like a stop? Pick from three alternatives. Want a different day? Rebuild just that day, keep the rest.

Change anything by picking, not typing

Every edit is the same move: three ready alternatives, tap one, the day recalculates around it. No chat box, no blank page, no starting over.

Why it's different

No chat, no blank pageEvery change is a card with three ready options, so you're never staring at a text box wondering what to type.
Driving times you can trustDays are paced around the drive limit you set, so the plan survives contact with the road.
Real places, not invented onesStops come with photos, maps and live place details — and we say plainly when something is worth confirming.
Built for how you travelCar, EV or RV: charging stops, campgrounds, tolls and a running budget come with the plan.

What you actually get

A plan is only useful if it survives contact with the road. These are the parts that do the work.

Your own words outrank our rules

Type “coastal, slow mornings, no motorways” and the route obeys. What you write about the trip beats our pacing defaults: Ask for long days and you get long days. Only physics (a 900 km ceiling) and an hour limit you set yourself stay hard.

Cards, not a chat window

The answer is not a wall of text you have to re-read. Each day is a strip of cards — drive, stop, meal, viewpoint, overnight — with times, distances and a one-line reason each place is there.

A budget built from your car

Fuel is calculated from the consumption and unit you enter, not a national average. Food and activities scale with the tier you chose, stays with the standard you picked, and motorway tolls and vignettes are priced per country and added in.

Charging stops in the day, not a footnote

Choose EV and enter your real range: charging stops appear inside the driving legs, sized to that range, with energy replacing fuel in the budget. You can pair a charge with lunch so the stop costs you nothing in time.

Rewrite a day in a sentence

“Too much driving, and I want a swim” rebuilds that day and leaves the rest of the trip alone. The words carry the same weight here as they do in the wizard.

No account to plan

Open the planner and go. The full day-by-day trip is readable without signing up and without a card, and if you make an account later the trips you already planned come with you.

Questions, answered

What is Roadanza?
A road-trip planner. You give it a start, a finish and how many days you have; it returns a full day-by-day itinerary — stops, driving times, where to sleep and a rough budget — that you can edit without starting over.
How does it build the itinerary?
It routes the corridor you asked for, paces the days around the daily drive limit you set, and fills each day with places along the way using live place data. You see the reasoning in the plan itself: distances, drive times and what each stop is.
Can I change what it suggests?
Yes, and that's the point. Every stop, overnight and whole day can be swapped — you pick from three ready alternatives (or ask for three more), reorder stops by hand, or add your own place. There's no chat box to argue with.
How accurate is the place information?
Stops, photos and details come from live place data, and the itinerary itself is generated — so treat it as a well-researched draft, not a booking confirmation. Anything time-critical (ferries, permits, seasonal closures, opening hours) is worth confirming with the operator before you drive.
Is it free?
Planning a trip and reading the whole itinerary is free — we don't hide the plan behind a wall. Pro adds unlimited changes, longer trips and the extra place detail.
How does the free trial work?
The annual plan starts with a 3-day free trial — you're only charged when it ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing. The weekly plan has no trial: it bills from the start and you can cancel any time.
